Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or Organizational Communication would be an advantage but not required. At least 5 years experience in 2 or 3 areas of Human Resources namely Training, Organizational Development and Recruitment/Staffing and Compensation. Experience in a call center preferred but not required. Ability to use word processing, slide presentation, email and internet. Counseling/interviewing skills. Knowledge of different batteries of psychological tests and adult learning methodologies. Knowledge of different organizational development interventions.
