Minimum of 2 years experience in the call center industry. At least 1 year experience in a workforce planning & management role. Client relationship experience. Experience with advanced PBX, Call Management Systems, Spreadsheets, Forecasting & Scheduling Systems. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Blue Pumpkin workforce management tool or equivalent. Tertiary qualification in MIS, Business, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics is desirable.
