This is a full time position devoted to assisting the President of Sikatuna Investivagation, Security, Detective and Allied Services, Inc. (SISDASI).

Job Description:
ü will lead a team of 2 Report Engineers and 4 – 6 Data/Application Specialists and manage the relationship between Manila DS staff and the DS staffs in the US and Canada
ü Overall responsibility is to manage all aspects of data quality, data checking and processing
ü Manages the design, development, testing, and publishing of data warehouse-based reports per user requirements, with input from external client and/or internal data subject matter experts.
ü Follows enterprise reporting system standards: steering committee approval, detailed requirements gathering from clients/users, development and documentation of technical specifications, adherence to delivery timeline, per internal IT development guidelines.
ü Implements reporting system operational standards for quality control and data integrity.
ü Develops comprehensive understanding of business processes, production systems, corporate data model(s), enterprise-wide data flows, source and target databases, data warehouse, and incorporate these requirements into the design of the enterprise reporting and data loading systems.
ü Participates in Client Integration activities to incorporate new business requirements into the enterprise reporting system from the data warehouse and enterprise reporting perspectives, as well as client data loading perspectives.
ü To liaise closely with the Data Services Directors and Data Service Mangers in the US to ensure delivery of data according to our client specifications.
ü To ensure that the Data Services team is maintained and structured in a manner which is sufficient to support the demands of projects, in terms of delivering cost effective, quality work on schedule.
ü To manage, motivate and train members of the Data Services team including conducting regular appraisals in accordance with review procedures.
ü To produce and distribute a detailed timings schedule for all data service activities on a project by project basis and monitor progress against this, allocating resources to ensure cost effective achievement of schedules.
ü To assist Senior Management with any other tasks as required.</description>
